This is the same strength or higher security that online banks use ensuring your information is secure at all times. Your privacy is important to us, we never share your information with any third party whatsoever.

Delivery & Returns:

All our garments are couture which means they are made to order for you. Therefore we cannot offer any refunds but will be able to exchange for a different size. Garments that are to be exchanged must be returned within 7 days. Garments must be in an unworn condition with tags attatched. Under the distance selling law, as our garments are all made to order, you are not entitlied to the normal 7 day cooling off period for cancellation of contract. We would also advise you that on made to order garments you are not able to cancel your order once we have began production of your garment. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Please contact us if you wish to discuss a possible exchange and we will provide you with a return address and a returns code.

You will be informed within 24 hrs as to when your garment will be ready for despatch. This being between 5 and 7 days of receipt of order.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail special order or our courier service.
